a reseller partnership with industry leader VarData to sell MRV's
LambdaDriver(R) and Fiber Driver(R) wave-division multiplexing (WDM)
products.

MRV partnered with VarData due to its keen focus on the
carrier/service provider market and also because of its reach into key
enterprise data center segments. VarData is selling MRV's WDM
platforms to meet the needs of its customers that require
cost-effective, high-performance backbone networks.

VarData is a Gold Member of the MRV 5 STAR reseller program. The 5

solution providers, offering levels of support based on the commitment
