Jan 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 1000 GMT on Monday.

** Tenaris (TENR.MI) (TENA.BA) (TS.N), a leading maker of pipes for the energy industry, said it agreed to sell its Hydril pressure control business to General Electric Co (GE.N) for $1.115 billion on a debt-free basis.

** Straits Trading (STCM.SI) said that family-owned Tecity Group has raised its offer for the commodities and property company, as a fight between two banking families for one of Singapore's oldest trading houses escalates. [nSIN70384]
** Chinese oil firm CNOOC Ltd (0883.HK) has sold a 3.06 percent interest in Indonesia's Tangguh liquefied natural gas (LNG) project to Canada's Talisman Energy (TLM.TO) for US$212.5 million, it said in a statement. [nHKG85759]
** Nokia (NOK1V.HE) said it will offer 843 million Norwegian crowns ($153 million) for all the shares in loss-making Norwegian mobile software firm Trolltech TROLL.OL to support its new push into services and software. [nL28519714]
** Diageo (DGE.L), the world's biggest alcoholic drinks maker, said it had agreed to buy Californian wine maker Rosenblum Cellars for $105 million. [nL28513468]
