Franklin Mutual reports 8 pct stake in Beazer Homes

WASHINGTON Jan 30 (Reuters) - Franklin Mutual Advisers disclosed in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it holds a 8.1 percent stake in home builder Beazer Homes USA Inc (BZH.N).

The fund firm reported in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it owns 3.16 million shares in the company.
