"We are very excited to have Justin taking over as president of this company,"
affirmed Area District Vice President (ADVP) Yvette Daluz. "Justin has worked
hard to provide our customers with quality service and well-maintained
equipment, all while leading our fellow team members to success. He is one of
the finest managers within this district and has been a leader in keeping our
systems in place. Justin will help to improve the company with his knowledge of
building a strong customer base as well as his commitment to our Primary Service
Objective."

Prior to joining the U-Haul team, Frank held various positions which primed him
for his work with U-Haul. Positions such as information manager at Disney World,
consultant and project lead for Seagate Software, and trainer and consultant for
Crystal Decisions taught Frank valuable skills that he has utilized in his
U-Haul career. In 2003, Frank joined U-Haul as marketing company president (MCP)
of U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado in Denver, Colorado. For the next four
years, Frank helped to promote growth within the company. Today, Frank will use
his talent, drive and knowledge to promote this same growth at U-Haul Company of
Northern Colorado.

"I am excited about the opportunity to be in a position to impact every aspect
of business for U-Haul Company of Northern Colorado," Frank stated. "The
greatest strength of the company is its people. The mixture of great people and
superior programs makes for explosive results. The best way to build within
U-Haul is by implementing policies that have been proven to work. Through the
use of established policies and procedures, I intend to ensure that the
operations of this office are adding value to the business every day and
providing our customers with the right service and equipment at the lowest
cost."
