The Employee Ownership Foundation and University of Pennsylvania to Hold
Roundtable Conversation on Employee Ownership

The Employee Ownership Foundation, in conjunction with the University of
Pennsylvania's Organizational Dynamics Program, will hold roundtable
conversation on employee ownership and ESOPs (employee stock ownership plans)
on April 25 and 26, 2008 at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia,
PA.  All members of the media are invited to attend.

WHAT:  ESOPs Social and Economic Performance: The Recent Past and Immediate
Future - A roundtable conversation among scholars and ESOP leaders arranged by
the Organizational Dynamics Program School of Arts and Sciences, University of
Pennsylvania.  

BACKGROUND:  The focus of the roundtable conversation will be the 2007 paper
by Dr. Steven Freeman titled, "Effects of ESOP Adoption and Employee
Ownership: Thirty Years of Research and Experience."  Dr. Freeman is an
affiliated faculty and visiting scholar in the Organizational Dynamics
Program, School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.  A
