Shimon Peres Takes Part in Foundation for Effective Governance Launch in Kiev

Shimon Peres talks, via video conference, of strong relationship between Israel and Ukraine NEW YORK, and KIEV, Ukraine, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Foundation for Effective Governance is proud to announce that Israeli President Shimon Peres attended and spoke, via satellite video conference, at the Foundation's launch this past December. During his speech, President Peres commented on the similarities between Ukraine and Israel and expressed faith in the budding relationship.
