LANGHORNE, Pa., Feb. 6, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Casual games developer and
publisher eGames, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGAM), announced today the finalization of
an international distribution agreement with game publisher Mindscape for
Rubik's Cube Challenge, a casual PC game based on the world's best-selling
puzzle game. The agreement grants Mindscape distribution rights in Europe,
Australia, and New Zealand, while eGames oversees distribution of the game in
North America.

"Rubik's Cube(r) is one of the most recognized brands around the world, so it
makes perfect sense for eGames to find a strong international partner like
Mindscape and make Rubik's Cube Challenge available to millions of international
casual gamers," said eGames Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Rich Siporin.

"Starting a partnership with eGames on such a renowned brand like Rubik's Cube
consolidates Mindscape in its leading position of European casual gaming
publisher," said Philippe Cohen, Vice President of Mindscape Video Games.

Scheduled to launch internationally this spring, Rubik's Cube Challenge features
a fast-paced puzzle game focusing on the spinning and color-matching play that
made the original Rubik's Cube the world's top-selling puzzle game. First
released in 1980, the original Rubik's Cube puzzle has sold over 350 million
units worldwide to date.
