HELSINKI Feb 8 (Reuters) - Finnish drugmaker Orion (ORNBV.HE) said late on Thursday it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States against Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (SUN.BO).

The Indian company was seeking to market generic versions of its Parkinson's disease Stalevo tablets, Orion said in a statement.

In November, Orion filed a lawsuit against Sun Pharmaceuticals for infringing two of the patents.

Stalevo is an enhanced levodopa treatment and is marketed in the United States by Novartis (NOVN.VX)
