Feb 15 (Reuters) - Concentric Medical Inc requested U.S. regulators for the withdrawal of registration of its initial public offering, citing unfavorable market conditions that would adversely affect the offering.

In August 2007, the medical device company had filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $69 million in an IPO of common stock.

The company had applied for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol "CLOT." (Reporting by Bhaswati Mukhopadhyay in Bangalore; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
