Media General to buy DealTaker.com
Feb 25 (Reuters) - Newspaper and television company Media General Inc (MEG.N) said it agreed to acquire DealTaker.com, a coupon and shopping Web site, from Plano, Texas-based NARAE Enterprises Inc, to expand its portfolio of interactive advertising and marketing solutions.
The deal, expected to close in the second quarter, is expected to boost the company's 2008 earnings. Media General did not disclose the terms of the deal. (Reporting by Manish Gupta in Bangalore; Editing by Gopakumar Warrier)
