Microsoft's Bill Gates Selects March 13 NVTC Titans Breakfast as Forum for Providing His Perspective on the Future of Technology Innovation The Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the nation, will host Bill Gates, Chairman & Chief Software Architect, Microsoft Corporation, for a sold-out keynote speech on the future of technology innovation before an audience of 1,000+ technology executives at the NVTC Premier Titans Breakfast on March 13.
