signage reseller agreement with AccuWeather.com to provide digital
weather solutions for relevant Destination Television locations.

audience, presenting vendors with an opportunity to maximize
advertising impact. With a team consisting of 113 meteorologists,
AccuWeather.com provides the industry's most accurate, localized and
entertaining weather data to enhance the graphics and intrinsic value
of Destination Television's network platforms. The relevant weather
