month. The next and most important task for the company, our partners, and
our shareholders is the selling of our ad inventory. The business model is
not a new one. However, because of our proprietary technology we are able to
reach several highly sought after market segments that are accessible only
through our operation. We are uniquely capable because of our technology and
experience to continue to successfully deploy the systems needed to .carve
out our portion of a multi-billion dollar a year business of selling ad

our own proprietary video switching matrix and traffic and billing software.
Since my arrival to the company we have continued to assemble a team of
industry professionals to execute on the business plan and capture our target
