TOKYO, March 31 (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Corp (8058.T), Japan's largest trading house, will pay around 60 billion yen ($600 million) to lift its stake in plant engineering firm Chiyoda Corp (6366.T) to 33.4 percent from 10.27 percent, the companies said on Monday.

A stake of 33.4 percent gives it veto power in boardroom decisions. (Reporting by Edwina Gibbs)
