Sinclair Pharma plc (the "Company")



The Company was informed on 31 March 2008 that Jean-Charles Tschudin, a
Non-executive Director, acquired 20,000 Sinclair shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 34.0 pence per share on 28 March 2008.



Following this acquisition of Ordinary Shares Mr Tschudin has an interest in a
total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares equalling approximately 0.02 per cent. of the
issued share capital in the Company.
