                         Jelf Group plc (the "Company")



                                Issue of Equity



The Company announces that options have been exercised over 5.000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made
to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
which is expected to take place on 2 April 2008.



Following admission, the Company will have 49,792,906 voting Ordinary Shares in
issue.
