We would like to notify the market of the following:



Rensburg Aim VCT plc's capital at 31 March 2008 consists of 41,251,349 ordinary
shares with voting rights.  Rensburg Aim VCT plc does not hold any shares in
Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Rensburg Aim VCT plc
at 31 March 2008 is 41,251,349.



The above figure of 41,251,349 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rensburg Aim VCT plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
