Two Major Games from NetDragon, 'Eudemons Online' and 'Zero Online', to be
Officially Launched in the Taiwan Market

HONG KONG, March 31 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- One of the leading
game developers and operators in the PRC, NetDragon Websoft Inc. ("NetDragon"
or the "Company", with its subsidiary collectively the "Group"; stock code:
8288.HK) has announced that traditional Chinese versions of its two main
original online games, "Eudemons Online" and "Zero Online," will be officially
launched shortly in Taiwan.
The Group has granted licensing rights to UserJoy Technology Co., Ltd. to
operate a traditional Chinese version of "Eudemons Online" in Taiwan, and the
game is expected to be launched there this summer. "Eudemons Online" is an
online game which took NetDragon two years to research and develop, and is set
in a vast mythological world. At present, there are over 570,000 players of
the game in the PRC. In 2007, revenue from this game reached RMB448 million.
This game has been customized in English and Spanish versions, which have been
launched in both European and American markets.
At the same time, licensing rights were granted to Wayi International
Digital for the operation of "Zero Online" in Taiwan. This online game was
independently researched and developed by NetDragon, and is the first online
game in the PRC themed around a "robot universe." Official open testing in the
PRC was carried out on 13 June 2007. Also in 2007, the game was launched in
the Hong Kong market in a traditional Chinese version via agents Gameone
Interactive Co., Inc. The English version of this game is currently undergoing
testing. In 2007, total revenue contributed by "Zero Online" amounted to
RMB58.75 million.
