The Company received notification in a letter dated 20 March 2008 that Rensburg
Sheppards Investment Management Limited has reduced its shareholding in Slimma
plc from 412,200 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") to 357,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.81% of the
current issued ordinary share capital of the Company excluding shares held in
treasury.
