Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, The
BSS Group plc ("BSS" or the "Group") would like to notify the market that the
Group's capital consists of 122,862,260 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting
rights.
BSS holds 90,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in BSS is 122,772,260.
The above figure (122,772,260) may be used by shareholders as the denominator to
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, BSS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
