                            Financial Calendar 2008



We hereby advise of our Financial Calendar for 2008, in accordance with article
292 par. 2 of the Regulation of Athens Exchange:


-    Release of full year 2007 financial results: Thursday, 27/03/2008.

-    Conference call for analysts and investors on the full year 2007 financial 
     results: Monday, 21/04/2008.

-    Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, 15/05/2008.

-    Entitled to dividend are shareholders at the end of the Stock's Exchange's 
     trading session of 12/06/2008.

-    Ex-dividend date: Friday, 13/06/2008.

-    Payment of dividend for year 2007: Monday, 23/06/2008.



As for the method of dividend payment, in accordance with article 329 of the
Regulation of the Athens Exchange, a further announcement will follow in due
course.
