JDA Software Teams with Logicalis to Provide Consumer-Driven Solutions Supported by Best-in-Class Technical Infrastructure

Strategic Alliance Enables Joint Customers to Seamlessly Access

strategic alliance with Logicalis, a global provider of
high-performance technology solutions, to provide current and future
customers with a complete set of advanced supply and demand chain
software solutions running on HP servers.

As part of the agreement, Logicalis will become JDA Software's
preferred provider of HP Integrity and HP ProLiant servers, and will
introduce its customers to JDA Software's leading supply and demand
chain applications that deliver improved performance and increased
efficiency. This alliance will not only help each company's respective
customers drive down costs and better meet their business goals, it
will also position Logicalis and JDA Software to further expand their
solution offerings to current and prospective customers.
