Final issue of shares in respect of Callserve Acquisition

Pursuant to acquisition of Callserve Communications Limited ("Callserve")
completed on 31 January 2008, announced 1 February 2008, Vyke announces that it
has now issued the final tranche of consideration shares to the vendors. A
further 759,205 1p ordinary shares in the Company have been issued in respect of
this final tranche.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company. Of the 759,205 shares now issued, 574,405 are subject to a lock
in whereby, in the 12 months following completion, the shares may only be sold
with the consent of Vyke; a further 75,902 shares are subject to a similar
agreement expiring six months following completion and 75,907 are subject to a
similar agreement expiring three months following completion.

Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7
April 2008.

Following the issue the Company has 50,433,030 ordinary shares issues in issue.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued voting share capital at the date
of this announcement, and following the above issue, consists of 50,433,030
ordinary shares of 1p each, each carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the
Company is therefore 50,433,030.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interests in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
