GlobeTel Communications Plans Later Release Of 2007 and 2006 Results

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 31, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GlobeTel
Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) today announced that the delivery of its
Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 requires
additional time and will occur during April 2008. It also anticipates filing
with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for
the year ended December 31, 2006, the first two quarters of which required
restatement of information previously filed in transitional reports to the SEC,
during April 2008.
