                      Notification of Preliminary Results

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose
brands  include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, will announce
preliminary  results for the year ended 31 January 2008 on Thursday 10 April
2008.

An analysts' briefing will be held at 10.00am on the day of the announcement at
the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE.
