Total Voting Rights

Since last announced on 29 February, the Company's capital has increased by
65,000 shares to 257,534,906 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting
rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is now 257,534,906.
