The Wireless Xcessories Group Announces Fourth Quarter and 2007 Year End Results

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa., March 31, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Wireless
Xcessories Group, Inc. (AMEX:XWG), a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of
electronic and cellular accessories and creator of private labeled websites for
affiliates, announced today fourth quarter and 2007 year end results for the
period ended December 31. The Company reported fourth quarter revenue of
$5,329,000, compared to $5,857,000 for the same period in fiscal 2006. Full year
comparisons were revenue of $22,503,000 compared to $22,869,000 for fiscal 2006,
a decrease of approximately 1.6%.

The Company had 2007 fourth quarter net income of $16,000 or $.00 per share,
compared to net income of $211,000 or $.05 per share in the same period for
2006. Full year comparisons were net income of $485,000 or $.11 per share,
compared to $1,190,000 or $.27 per share in the same period for 2006.

The Company ended the year with working capital of $7.0 million, and a current
ratio of 8.5 to 1.00 compared to $6.3 million and a current ratio of 7.57 to
1.00 at the end of fiscal 2006. The Company has no debt, and total equity has
grown to $7,547,149 as of December 31, 2007.

$705,000, our income from operations fell by only $173,000. Net Income was
affected principally by the result of a non recurring write down of $220,000 on
our investment in a foreign distributor in 2007 versus $122,000 of unrealized
gains in 2006. Additionally, we were able to utilize approximately $200,000 of
tax credits in 2006 that were unavailable to us in 2007.

November 1, 2007, we reorganized our sales department, and installed a new
management team. We expect these efforts will result in increasingly improved
sales as the year progresses, which will serve to improve our operating income."
