The Company announces that it has today been notified by Neil Herbert, a
Non-Executive Director, that he has today purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of
0.1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1.4 pence per share and 200,000
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1.35 pence per
share. The shares have been purchased in Mr. Herbert's wife's name.


Mr. Herbert therefore now holds a total of 1,096,520 shares in the Company
representing 0.79% of the issued share capital.
