Integrated Biodiesel Industries, Ltd Today Announced a Firm Date for the
Commencement of Production at Its Diferoil Plant and Comments on the Recently
Released Updated Financial Projections

SAO PAULO, Brazil, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The plant has been under
construction since September 2007 and is scheduled to go online April 30th.
The plant is located at Alvear Industrial Park in the suburbs of Rosario,
Argentina's soybean capital.
The facility is a 25,000 mt per year plant and utilizes continuous
process. The continuous process enables IBI to be substantially more
productive, generate less effluent and put out a higher quality form of
biodiesel product.
The strategic location of the plant, close to one of the most important
commodity ports in South America, as well as in close proximity to soybean
production and trade routes in the world, results in significantly reduced
logistics costs versus comparable plants in other international markets.
The company has existing distribution agreements with fuel distributors
and fleet operators and foresees increasing demand for biodiesel in overseas
markets.
Marcelo Lopes, CEO of IBI, states: "We are excited to commence the
production stage and believe we will successfully leverage on our first plant
to expand our production capacity throughout other locations. In our judgment
the emerging market for biodiesel will grow in leaps and bounds for more than

Daniel Goncalves, VP of Manufacturing, comments: "The start-up period
marks an exciting time for us. We do not foresee any problems gearing up to
full capacity and expect to be running at maximum output as early as May

In connection with the commencement of operations IBI also published

and amortization) of US$ 2.2 million for 2008, US$ 18.3 million for 2009 and
