reference document. The report has been filed with the French Autorité
des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 31, 2008.

The 2007 annual reference document is available on the Group's web

The 2007 annual reference document includes :

-- The report on the conditions for preparing and organizing the
Board's activities and the internal control procedures

-- Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
