FURSA OFFSHORE GLOBAL EVENT DRIVEN FUND LIMITED

RE: Roll-Up of Series of Shares

The Directors of the Fund also wish to announce that with effect from 1January
2007 the following series was rolled into the Non-voting participating shares
unrestricted.

Series L 06

Application has been made for the series of the Fund to be removed from the
Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Exchange. The Irish
Stock Exchange has agreed that the Series will be delisted with effect from 04
April 200807.

The Board of Directors (the "Directors") of Fursa Offshore Global Event Driven
Fund Limited (the "Fund") wish to announce that with effect from 01 January 2008
the following series were rolled into the Non-voting participating shares
