The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority
and London Stock Exchange to Block List up to 2,940,341 ordinary shares of £0.20
each, which would be available to be issued under the terms of the SOCO-Sub
Unapproved Share Option Plan to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
