Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that on 31 March 
2008 it was informed by Charles Jillings, a director of the Company, that on 28 
March 2008 he sold 108,268 ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 153.5p per 
Share and purchased 108,268 Shares at a price of 153.75p per Share through his 
SIPP. Following these transactions, Charles Jillings' interests in the Company
comprise 736,531 Shares, 293,093 Warrants and 10,846 S Shares.
