In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, RPC
Group Plc is required to notify the market of the following:

RPC Group Plc's issued share capital consists of 99,000,695 ordinary 5p shares
with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in RPC Group Plc is 99,000,695.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, RPC Group Plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
