Greggs plc-Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we

Greggs plc's capital consists of 10,516,581 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Greggs plc is 10,516,581.

The above figure (10,516,581) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
