CHDT Subsidiary OBS Becomes New Consumer Electronics Manufacturer

CHDT Corporation, a Florida corporation (OTCBB: CHDO) announced today that the
company's wholly owned subsidiary, Overseas Building Supply(OBS), will be
re-branded
as a new consumer electronic products company called Black Box Innovations, LLC.
(BBI)Management's decision was based on the deepening decline in the housing
andconstruction industries which has resulted in the inability of OBS to
successfully penetrate the building supply market.

Black Box Innovations will focus on bringing innovative technology to
consumer products. The initial products under the Black Box Innovations banner
are
well underway and the first product in a line that focuses on organizing
personal data, while providing both mobility and security, is the Personal
Pocket Safe(TM).

The Personal Pocket Safe(TM) organizes personal vital records -- from
financial accounts and insurance policies to warrantees and passwords. This
critical
information is safely contained in a PIN protected smart drive, complete with
256-bit AES encryption and other layers of security that ensure only the owner
has
access to the information the Personal Pocket Safe(TM) contains.
