ESTIMATED NET ASSET VALUE

The Company announces that the estimated net asset value of a Hedge Elite
Preference Share in the Hedge Elite Cell as at 28 March 2008 was 92.66 pence.

The above estimated net asset value of a Hedge Elite Preference Share has been
calculated using information which, whilst being received from a reliable
source, is itself estimated and accordingly the Company accepts no
responsibility for the accuracy of the estimated net asset value given, nor is
any responsibility implied. This estimated net asset value of a Hedge Elite
Preference Share is provided for indication purposes only.

An announcement of the confirmed net asset value of a Hedge Elite Preference
