for investors to access the rapidly growing Chinese economy and to the

that it has entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with
Lonma Entertainment International Co. Ltd. ("Lonma") to acquire the
assets of Lonma, a corporation based in Beijing, China. Website:

from Japan to Korea and a number of specialized branches and wholly
owned subsidiaries including a media company and a digital technology
