                            SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed on 31 March 2008 that as at 26 March 2008 Lakesystem
Limited no longer has a notifiable  interest in the Company's issued share
capital.  In additon, the Company was informed that Deynacourt Limited as at 26 
March 2008 holds 4,425,000 ordinary shares in Pathfinder, representing 5.53% of
the issued ordinary share capital.
