RESPONSIBILITY'S OWN ACCOUNT; OPERATION OF THE COMPANY'S SHARE INCENTIVE PLANS.

Release of shares from Deferred Bonus Plan

The Company was notified on 31 March 2008 that, following a release of shares
from the Company's 2005 Deferred Bonus plan, Matthew Ingle, Galiform Plc's CEO,
has increased his shareholding in the Company by 100,790 ordinary shares,
bringing his total shareholding to 1,178,339 ordinary shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Rule
3.1.4.R
