TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to
notify the market of the following;

Close IHT AIM VCT PLC's capital as at 31 March 2008 consists of 7,299,461 A
Ordinary shares and 17,680,650 B Ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 0.01p
each, with voting rights.  Close IHT AIM VCT PLC does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close IHT AIM VCT PLC is
24,980,111.

The figure of 24,980,111 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Close IHT AIM VCT PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
