DUNEDIN INCOME GROWTH INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 31 March 2008 Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC ('the Company')
purchased 5,000 of its ordinary shares at 216 pence per share. These shares will
be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will
comprise:

151,537,194    Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
4,140,741      Ordinary shares held in treasury
155,677,935    Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
