            JPMORGAN EUROPEAN FLEDGELING INVESTMENT TRUST PLC





We would like to notify the market of the following:



The share capital of JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc ('the '
Company') consists of 51,350,198 ordinary 25 pence shares.  The Company holds
2,579,875 shares in treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31st March
2008 is 48,770,323.



The above figure (48,770,323) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
