Allotment of Ordinary Shares


The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the
terms of the Linked Offer for Subscription dated 22 January 2008 (the "Offer")
and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 February 2008 that 786,608 Ordinary
Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted on 31 March 2008 at
61.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 786,608 Ordinary Shares of 1
pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.



Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 2,469,624
Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 46,701,980 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in issue.
