Following the announcement published on London Stock Exchange on March 28, 2008,

inform that the last sentence in paragraph seven should be read as following:

 

In the near future Kazkommertsbank also intends to open a special office in
Astana to work with prepaid shared holders of construction objects. The major
function of the office will be control over targeted usage of the prepaid shared
holders' funds, and providing necessary information on monitoring results for
these construction objects.  

 

The similar measures will be undertaken in the framework of implementation of
the government programme on support to shared participants in Almaty.
