Ilitch Charities for Children to Make Two Special Announcements

Media are invited to the Fox Theatre's Grand Lobby for several
    announcements from Ilitch Charities for Children.  As part of the event,
    two local, non-profit organizations will be present to receive special
    grants. In addition, Ilitch Charities for Children Chairman Christopher
    Ilitch will announce an inaugural Celebrity Golf Classic to further its
    work and that of its associate organizations, the Detroit Red Wings
    Foundation and the Detroit Tigers Foundation.

    WHAT:   Ilitch will announce a new name for the organization, outline an
            expanded mission, award two grants that demonstrate the broader
            scope of the new organization, and announce details of the
            inaugural Celebrity Golf Classic, including specifics on how non-
            profit organizations can submit proposals to benefit from that
            event.

            There will be a photo opportunity with special check
            presentations. Limited number of media interview opportunities
            available upon request.
