Tom Conroy Joins ScentAir as Chief Executive Officer

today that Tom Conroy has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.

    Prior to joining ScentAir, Conroy was a Principal of Redding Consultants
and has over 25 years experience as a management consultant, senior operating
executive and private equity investor. At Redding Consultants he led the
Consumer Products practice, specializing in strategic marketing, business
development, performance improvement and acquisition integration. In addition
to his background in consumer products, he has extensive domestic and foreign
operating experience in the chemicals, metals, venture capital, finance and
banking industries.
    Conroy's professional experience includes a range of executive roles with
Olin Corporation including Chairman, Winchester Business Team; and General
Manager of the consumer products division of HTH - Water Chemicals. He was
also General Manager of Olin Australia LTD in Geelong, Victoria. Most
recently, he served as President and Chief Executive of Next Generation
Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in emerging technology companies.
    Conroy is a graduate of Villanova University and attended Advanced
Management Programs in Competition and Strategy at Harvard Business School.
