Fitch Affirms Global Execution Auto Receivables Securitization (GEARS) 2005-A

Fitch Ratings has affirmed all classes of Global Execution Auto
Receivables Securitization (GEARS) 2005-A as follows:

   GEARS 2005-A

   --Class A-P notes at 'AAA';

   --Class A-2 notes at 'AAA';

   --Class A-3 notes at 'AAA';

   --Class B notes at 'AA';

   --Class C notes at 'A';

   --Class D-1 notes at 'BBB';

   --Class D-2 notes at 'BBB';

   --Class E-1 notes at 'BB';

   --Class E-2 notes at 'BB'.

   The securities are backed by a portfolio of retail installment
sale contracts secured by new and used automobiles, light-duty trucks,
and vans indirectly originated and currently serviced by Bank of
America, N.A.

   The collateral continues to perform within Fitch's expectations,
and under the credit enhancement structure, the securities can
withstand stress scenarios consistent with the ratings and still make
full payments to investors in accordance with the terms of the
documents.
