LOS ANGELES, CA, Mar 31 (MARKET WIRE) --
Designer Elizabeth Moore is expanding her successful film set, interior
design and furniture design business by announcing the launch of her
eco-conscious Froote Jewelry line.

In creating Froote Jewelry, Moore combines her passion for art and her
spirituality. "I wanted to create something that could be shared by others and
that would remind others of the beauty they possess inside themselves, while
simultaneously creating pieces that were reminders of the preciousness of the
life we have on this planet," says Moore, who holds a Bachelor's of Fine
Art degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a Master's
degree in Spiritual Psychology.

Moore creates the Froote Jewelry sensuous designs using high-end precious
stones,
semi-precious stones, pearls, silver and gold. The Island, Calypso and Tudor
lines will be the first debuted.

The Island Line, inspired by the South Pacific Islands, uses subtle colors
to
reflect their delicate, luxurious and magical atmosphere. Stones used in
this collection include sapphires, chalcedony, tourmaline, aquamarine and
others to evoke happiness, kindness, friendship, love, spirituality,
youth,wisdom, endurance, and vitality.

The Calypso line is a tribute to the aspect of femininity intended to
seduce, capture and mesmerize. Natural slices of green and watermelon
tourmaline,
rose quartz and citrine cleanse, energize and bring forth peace and prosperity,
according to Moore. Many Calypso designs dangle freely from links, while other
designs use tubing of tightly strung stones.

The Tudor line is inspired by glamour and regal traditions that embody
celebration. Using powerful, playful and colorful stones like amethyst, rainbow
shades of tourmaline and blue topaz, both round and pointed designs are meant to
awaken passion, spiritual growth and psychic insight.

Moore's past clients have included Cindy Crawford, Prince, Sheryl Crow and
Lenny Kravitz. Various celebrities were able to preview the Froote Jewelry line,
including Bai Ling, Kristin Cavallari and Loretta Divine. Actress Julia Verdin
says Froote Jewelry is, "Special and unique and the perfect way to add glamour
to
an outfit, very eye-catching and original, perfect for glam red carpet
functions."

Moore applies an eco-conscious ethic to her businesses by utilizing
eco-friendly
materials. In addition to recycling/resetting old stones, Moore reuses metal
bits
and scraps to avoid waste. Froote Jewelry uses recycled or recyclable
materials for its packaging, and Moore creates its printed materials using
soy-based inks and recycled paper.

Moore constantly searches for manufacturers who comply with Fair Trade and
sound human conditions, working exclusively with vendors whose stones are
untreated by heat or radiation.

"I am excited to share my awareness of working with untreated stones. We
will continue using these beautiful gems to create pieces that celebrate the
magic
and beauty of our precious planet," says Moore, who donates her jewelry to
raise money for causes like Autism Care & Treatment Today! Although there are no
regulations or guidelines currently used by the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission, standards for stones entering the US are becoming increasingly
stringent.

Environmentally conscious actress Dominika Wolski, the face of Froote
Jewelry,
traveled to Mozambique to visit the set of "Blood Diamond," at the invitation
of director Ed Zwick. She has worn Froote Jewelry on several red carpets and
she wears Froote Jewelry in her lead role on the TV series "Jpod," in the film
"The Vanquisher," and in the upcoming film "The Yearning."

Froote Jewelry ranges in price from $100 to $6,000. For more information
