Cell Genesys to Webcast Conference Call to Discuss Global Alliance Formed With Takeda for the Development and Commercialization of GVAX Immunotherapy for Prostate Cancer

Genesys management, including Stephen A. Sherwin, M.D., chairman and
chief executive officer, Sharon E. Tetlow, senior vice president and
chief financial officer, and Robert Tidwell, senior vice president of
Corporate Development, will host a conference call today at 4:30 p.m.
ET to discuss the global alliance formed with Takeda Pharmaceutical
Company Limited for the development and commercialization of GVAX
immunotherapy for prostate cancer.
